This year, we were entrusted with an extremely interesting and extremely difficult task - the organization of catering for 7,400 guests in a barbecue format. To be honest, it was a real test for us, because we had to move all the equipment and food to a distance of 260 kilometers from Lviv.
The food delivery line was organized in buffet format. The entire line was divided into 6 zones for the convenience of visitors.
Such orders give an opportunity to make a big leap in the development of the company, to solve the technical possibilities of implementing such a project.

In November 2018, we were honored to organize a festive buffet for the congress of pediatricians of Ukraine at the theater named after Maria Zankovetska. This catering event in Lviv was designed for 180 guests. The goal was to create an atmosphere in which it was possible to spend a pleasant time and exchange experiences. We are very pleased that this event really "succeeded" and took place in a very relaxed atmosphere.

In November, we were lucky to work with a team of real professionals from the Run Ukraine company. This company is the largest organizer of marathons and half-marathons in Ukraine.
We were entrusted with organizing the delivery of hot drinks for all race participants, food for 262 technical personnel, 60 people in the VIP area. In total, we served about 1,450 people.
We are very pleased. that people trust us to organize outing events of such a scale. They were glad of this cooperation.

An away buffet for 1,400 people is an extremely interesting experience for our company. Such orders cause a lot of positive emotions. And above all, a feeling of gratitude to our customer. We fully understand how difficult it is to trust someone to organize such an event. We made every possible effort to feed our client's guests with quality and speed.
In numbers, this is a 24-meter, 20-kw supply line. heating elements (kettles + coffee makers).
It is difficult to describe the combination of emotions that we received on December 13, 2016. This is a feeling of pride, as well as a feeling of gratitude to you, our customers, who give us the opportunity to create such holidays. We were able to serve 9 types of sweets, 2 types of coffee with milk and tea for 1100 people in 24 minutes. Our customer was extremely satisfied with both the delivery and the speed.

Recently, we were ordered to organize an outing buffet in the city of Khyriv. This event was accompanied by speeches of lecturers in the format of a conference. They discussed the problems of financing local communities and methods of attracting external, philanthropic funding.
During this order, we set the buffet table, took three coffee breaks and served dinner. There were 230 guests at the event.
The outing buffet for the Steko company was organized in a very short time. The customer set us the task of feeding 120-150 people in a very short time, namely in 30 minutes. In addition, we organized a coffee break. Our client celebrated the opening of a new window assembly shop. As of 2016, the Steko company occupies 21% of the market of plastic windows in Ukraine. As far as we know, the customer was satisfied with the quality of the catering services provided by us.
